She has spearheaded the development of patented technologies, including the SkinEasi® and Soreze® ranges, which have revolutionized the prevention and management of skin injuries like chafing and bedsores.
Beyond consumer healthcare, Maharukh actively champions translational research. She collaborates with leading academic institutions to convert early-stage research into commercially viable products, currently pioneering novel long-acting injectables for Alzheimer’s and Malaria. Maharukh is building an innovation-led organization committed to solving unmet medical needs through rigorous science.
Praveen Chand is a B.Pharm and MBA professional with over 31 years of extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. His career spans pharmaceutical sales, marketing, global business development, product licensing, and strategic leadership, with a strong focus on building sustainable bottom-line growth. He has successfully led licensing partnerships, driven fund-raising initiatives, and leveraged digital marketing to expand market reach and brand visibility.
Known for his strategic insight and execution excellence, Praveen has managed complex domestic and international businesses across diverse therapeutic segments. At Amaterasu Lifesciences, he leads global business development, sales, marketing, exports, and corporate strategy, playing a key role in driving international expansion and long-term value creation.
Chinmay Priyadarshi leads the digital commercial strategy at Amaterasu Lifesciences, bringing with him a rich legacy of over 24 years in Sales and Marketing. As the P&L Head for the online vertical, he is responsible for scaling the company’s digital footprint and driving revenue growth across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels.
For the last 14 years, Chinmay has been deeply immersed in the digital ecosystem, helping brands navigate and thrive on evolving online platforms. His expertise lies in merging traditional sales principles with modern digital performance marketing. Amita Surana is a B.Pharm professional with over 34 years of rich experience in pharmaceutical R&D, with a strong focus on analytical development and quality. She has been instrumental in establishing and strengthening robust quality systems across multiple organizations, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
Renowned for providing solutions to complex analytical challenges, she has supported diverse product development programs and delivered critical expertise as a service provider on global R&D assignments. Her deep understanding of quality and analytical sciences has consistently enhanced development efficiency and reliability. At Amaterasu Lifesciences, she leads quality and analytical development while mentoring and nurturing the R&D team to drive higher productivity, scientific rigour, and innovation.
Dr. Machhindra Bochare is an accomplished formulation scientist and project lead with expertise in pharmaceutical formulation development and research project execution. He holds advanced degrees in pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical chemistry and has a strong track record in pharmaceutical innovation. At Amaterasu Lifesciences LLP, he combines scientific knowledge with leadership to drive successful pharmaceutical projects.
Dr. Kiran Jadhav holds an M.Pharm and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with over eight years of experience in research and development. Her expertise spans formulation development of semisolid dosage forms for dermatological conditions (including creams, lotions, and ointments), and development of solid oral dosage forms such as tablets and capsules for US and Europe market.
She also has significant experience in the formulation and characterization of complex injectable systems, including gold and silver nanoparticles, bioactive glass, and liposomal preparations. In addition to her R&D capabilities, Dr. Jadhav has hands-on exposure to technology transfer and large-scale manufacturing processes.
